Full transparency
for a regulated media and telecommunications market

The Communications and Media Commission (CMC) publishes its public register of licensed entities in affirmation of the principle of transparency, enabling citizens, investors, and official bodies to verify the legal standing of any media institution, telecommunications company, or digital service provider operating within the Republic of Iraq.

The register is updated periodically in accordance with the granting, renewal, and revocation decisions issued by the Board of Commissioners, and displays for each entity its license type, activity category, license number, date of issue, and current status. Dealing with any entity not listed in this register falls outside the Commission's regulatory umbrella.

Disclaimer: This register reflects the Commission's published tables as of the latest update; the status of any licence may change thereafter in accordance with granting, renewal, and revocation decisions.
