Complaints — Your voice is heard
A free, official channel for receiving complaints from citizens and subscribers about telecommunications, internet, and media-content services, and for tracking them through to final resolution.
How it works
Your complaint, step by step
From submission to notification of the outcome, every complaint passes through four clear stages that ensure it is handled fairly and transparently.
- 1
Complaint received
The complaint is received and its submitter is given a reference number and a tracking code.
- 2
Review & jurisdiction
The details are checked for completeness and that the complaint falls within the Commission's remit.
- 3
Processing & follow-up
The complaint is pursued with the relevant service provider until its causes are resolved.
- 4
Outcome notified
The submitter is notified of the final outcome and the action taken.
